Minutes of meeting - Key decision was to make an application to the LVT for the appointment of new managers. We will also try to tidy up and redecorate internal parts ourselves.

Copy of letter - Account Summaries for 1999/2000 & 2000/2001; budget for 2001/2002. Statements on building works, the Dolphin telecom installation and the consultation exercise. It seems, also, that they don't like CHRA!

Letter to CPS, 12 December 2001, concerning matters in need of attention at Century House
Copy of letter - loose concrete slab above main entrance, window repairs, blocked drains (pictures 2 and 3) and rubbish disposal. Loose slab has now been fixed.

Accounts examination - Lesley Stuart and Angus French visited CPS on 23-Jan-02. Here are our initial reports on the 98/99, 99/00 and 00/01 accounts. Quite a few documents were missing. We were struck by the number of bills for works to individual flats, in particular against the category 'Insurance Claims'. We are also concerned about bills for lift repairs in 00/01. We will follow up with a letter to CPS.
